Pickup or Delivery
Listed rental and package prices cover one event day. For a smaller event, pickup or delivery may happen on the event morning, with return or collection the following day. A larger event may need delivery and setup the day before, then collection and teardown the day after. Exact timing depends on the event, our schedule, and venue access. These handoff days do not automatically add event days; additional event days are quoted separately.

Can you set up tables and chairs?
Table and chair setup and takedown are optional services with an additional quoted fee. For delivered orders without optional table and chair takedown, customers fold tables, stack chairs, and gather rental items at the agreed collection spot by the scheduled pickup time. Items should be reasonably clean and dry. Our crew loads and secures equipment for transport and handles tent teardown; customers do not move tents or anchors.
What happens beyond the 10-mile delivery area?
Beyond 10 miles, the delivery fee depends on the distance, order size, and equipment required. Delivery fees, when applicable, are separate from rental and package prices.
Is tent setup included?
Tent rentals include standard setup and teardown. Special locations or installations may require an additional charge.
Can customers move tents or anchors?
Customers may not move tents or anchors.
Can Outdoor Patio Heaters be used under or inside tents?
Outdoor Patio Heaters are not for use under or inside tents.
